Its high power, up to 10 amperes, combined with a standard 220/240V generator makes it particularly suitable for pole-dipole Induced Polarization surveys. This transmitter allows to transmit up to 20 times more current for pole-pole survey where one needs high voltage to transmit higher current in a very resistive ground to be able to take readings at the receiver. As reported by GaiaScan Geophysics Ltd.: «Fast current set saves us about 25% of survey time and that is a very substantial saving.»

• This 3600 watts induced polarization (I.P.) transmitter works from a standard 220/240V generator and is well adapted to rocky environments where a high output voltage of up to 2400V is needed. Moreover, in highly conductive overburden, at 350V, the highly efficient TxII-3600 watts transmitter is able to send a current of up to 10 amperes. By using this I.P. transmitter, you obtain fast and high-quality I.P. readings even in the most difficult conditions.

Its high power, up to 10 amperes, combined with its light weight and a 21 kg/2000W Honda generator makes it particularly suitable for dipole-dipole Induced Polarization surveys.
